September 6, 2006, TREB Market Watch -- Newmarket Real Estate sales have slightly decreased from July's 132 sales, to 104 sales in August. The average price of these sales was $323,161. Included in these totals are detached homes with more than half the sales at 59, and an average price of $377,007. Semi-detached homes with an average price of $277,231 and 13 sales, 10 condo apartment sales with an average price of $206,182, four link home sales with an average price of $284,500, eight condo townhome sales with an average price of $240,813, and nine attached townhome sales with an average price of $269,867.
