average price in Newmarket from January
to the end of September 2007 is $339,269.
The average days on the market is 31,
and the average sale to list price is
98%. There were 58 detached homes sold
in September at an average price of
$397,495. Semi detached homes in September
averaged $282,607 while there was only
one condo apartment sale at $235,000.
There were four condo townhome sales,
the average price was $243,475. Freehold
townhomes averaged $296,711 with nine
sales in September.
