October 4, 2006, TREB Market Watch -- Newmarket Real Estate has just slightly decreased from August's 104 sales to 88 sales in September. Although the average price of a home in Newmarket did marginally increase from $323,161 in August to $328,625 in September. Of these 88 sales, 52 were detached homes with an average price of $387,077, semi-detached homes had an average price of $265,107 with 14 sales, there were five condo apartment sales with an average price of $204,200, 10 condo townhome sales with an average price of $218,500, and attached townhomes had an average price of $267,643 with seven sales.
