November 3, 2006, TREB Market Watch -- With 106 sales in the month of October Newmarket Real Estate continues to be strong and healthy. The average price of a home in October was $303,301 down slightly from September's average price of $328,625 which is seasonal in nature. Detached homes had an average price of $339,575 and 61 sales, semi-detached homes had an average price of $246,902 and 12 sales, condo apartments had an average price of $208,000 and five sales, there was one link home sales with a price of $257,500. Condo townhomes had an average price of $260,167 with 12 sales, one co-op apartment sale with a price of $242,000, and attached townhomes had an average price of $272,250 and 14 sales.
