June 6, 2006, TREB Market Watch -- Newmarket Real Estate had a strong start to the summer with an average price of a home being $327,262 with 139 home sales. More than half of these sales were detached homes with 83 sales and an average price of $373,726. Semi-detached homes had an average price of $262,099 with 23 sales, condo apartment sales had an average price of $247,861 with nine sales, there was one link home sale with a price of $274,000. Condo townhomes had an average price of $245,111 with nine sales, and attached townhomes had an average price of $266,207 with 14 sales.
